1. Introduction

Welcome to Vantelor, domain vantelor.digital, provider of legal services for the IT sector. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms of service.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 Legal Services

Vantelor offers advisory and representation in IT sector matters, including contract drafting, licensing, compliance, and dispute resolution.

2.2 Information Products

We sell digital materials such as guides, manuals, and training content relating to IT law. Access is granted electronically upon purchase.

2.3 Goods

Vantelor may sell physical items such as printed publications or branded materials.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Legal service appointments may be scheduled through our contact form. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance at no extra fee.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for all offerings are as stated at the time of confirmation. Payments are processed via secure methods specified at checkout. All charges are final unless a refund is granted under Section 5.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Legal Services

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment qualify for a refund. Cancellations thereafter are not eligible due to resource allocation. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Appointments may be rescheduled as described above.

5.2 Information Products

Digital products are delivered immediately. Due to the electronic nature, they are non-refundable once access is granted. In case of defective content or technical errors, contact us via contact form within 7 days of purchase for remediation or refund. Valid requests will be reimbursed within 14 days.

5.3 Goods

To request a refund for physical items, goods must be shipped back in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are at customer expense. Once received and inspected, valid refunds are paid within 14 days. Because of custom production, some items may be non-refundable; such cases are noted at point of sale.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Vantelor.digital is owned by Vantelor and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vantelor will not be liable for indirect losses arising from use of our services or products.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.
